I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the way in which the work was done and the service received from Joe and all the staff on site.

I contacted Flick Damp Proofing to remedy rising damp we had in approximately 75% of the walls in my house. 

I completed an online request, and was contacted the same day to arrange an inspection with Joe Bellamy, the sales director, who came around a day or two later. Flick's quotation was the cheapest of those I obtained, and I was told the job would take at least 5 working days to complete. 

We only accepted Joe's quote about a month after his visit because of other building work were had to coordinate, but he arrived promptly on the morning he was scheduled to, with no follow-up or confirmation needed by me, and his crew completed the entire job in 3 days! 

The quality of the work done is superb - the plaster finish was excellent, and the house was left in a reasonably clean condition after each day's work. 

Finally, Joe was able to provide me with good advice on the use of other products in conjunction with his damp proofing, like rhinolite and painting delay times, and he accommodated changes in scope with no problem. 

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flick Damp Proofing to anyone in need of a reputable damp proofing company that delivers an excellent service.
